Supt. Dear Sir
Now I take the opportunity to write a few lines in regard for my children. Will you please and tell me whether you will be willing to send them home during vacation or through the hot weather We would like to have them home there will be no trouble in returning them back.
I think it will do them good to get home once in a year they would study better and refreshes them. We are very anxious to have them come. We got a letter from Jimmy our oldest boy he said he like the school and the Supt. is good to him but we would like to be at home on a visit so we could see all the loved ones at home. Their are three James, and Johnnie and Nellie Plake.
This is our humble prayer.
